Problems While Viewing the Videos

If you experience problems while viewing the Perfect Interview videos, you need to update the DirectX component of your Windows operating system.  We have included the necessary update files on your Perfect Interview CD-ROM.

To update your system's version of DirectX, please do the following:
  1. Insert Perfect Interview CD-ROM #2 into your CD-ROM Drive
  2. Double-click on  'My Computer' and open the the CD-ROM icon
  3. Open the 'DirectX' folder on the CD
  4. Double-click on 'Setup.exe'
  5. Follow the on-screen directions to install the DirectX components.

The DirectX upgrade is also available as a free download from Microsoft, at www.microsoft.com/windows/directx
